1: Prioritise your products. A, B, C priorities and focus on the revenue generating opportunities.
2: Form a closer relationship with your key suppliers. Get them closer to your business workings, share up line so your relationship can be more than a transaction.
3: Plan with the wider team. Hold specific supply chain meetings with key roles in the business coming together to make supply chain decisions instead of having one person manage it or the business owner holding the weight and feeling siloed.
