Business Trading Name-
- The business trading name is The Icehouse Limited. This name will appear on all statements and invoices.

Product Specific Terms & Conditions
Workshops
- All general Icehouse terms & conditions outlined above apply.
- Cancellation Policy: Payment is the only confirmation of your place at an Icehouse workshop. Cancellations must be submitted in writing up to 14 days prior to the start date of the workshop to receive a full refund. Due to workshop demand and the volume of preparation, cancellations received within 7-14 days of the workshop start date will be subject to a fee of 20% of the workshop cost. There are no refunds provided for cancellations submitted under 7 days. The Icehouse reserves the right to make changes to the workshop, location, and speakers without prior notice.
- Transfer Policy: Transfers are at the discretion of The Icehouse and may incur an administration fee. All requests must be submitted in writing.
- Request received up to 14 days prior to start date = no fee
- Request received 7-14 days prior to start date = 20% of the workshop cost as an administration fee.
- Requests received less than 7 days prior to the start date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Residential Programmes: Owner Manager Programme, Leadership Development Programme, Owner Manager Exchange
- All general Icehouse terms & conditions outlined above apply.
- Cancellation Policy: Payment is the only confirmation of your place on an Icehouse programme. If you need to cancel or transfer participation, you must submit your request in writing more than 42 days (6 weeks) before the programme start date to receive a full refund or transfer to another programme. Due to programme demand and the volume of pre-programme preparation, cancellations received 28-42 days before the programme start date are subject to a payment of 25% of the programme fees. Requests received 14-28 days before the programme start date are subject to a payment of 50% of the programme fees. Requests received less than 14 days before the start of the programme are subject to full payment of the programme fees.
- There are no refunds once a programme has started, and the participant is liable for full payment of programme fees.
- Transfer Policy: All requests must be submitted in writing. One programme transfer is permitted before forfeit of deposit.
- Transfer requests received 42 days prior to start date = no fee
- Transfer requests received 28-41 days prior to start date are subject to an administration fee of $750 + GST
- Transfer requests received 14-27 days prior to start date are subject to an administration fee of $1,250 + GST
- Additional (ie more than one) transfers are at discretion of The Icehouse and would incur an additional administration fee.
- There are no transfers provided within 14 days of programme start.
- Early Bird deals – if you are on an “Early Bird” deal please see applicable additional terms & conditions below.
Early Bird deals for the Owner Manager Programme
- All general Icehouse and Residential Programme terms & conditions outlined above apply with additional restrictions detailed below
- Non-payment of deposit by specified invoice due date means forfeiture of the Early Bird deal and you will be re-invoiced at our standard pricing.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests received more than 42 days (6 weeks) prior to start date receive a full refund only IF no coaching hours have been utilised. Participant is liable for full payment of coaching hours utilised.
- Transfer Policy: There are NO transfers on the Early Bird deal.
- Coaching hours: hours can be utilised pre-programme, throughout / during the programme or on completion of the programme.
- Hours are non-transferrable
- Hours cannot be carried over and expire 1 year from Day 1 of Block 1 of the programme.
Non-residential Programmes: Business Owners Programme, Emerging Leaders Programme, Effective Leadership Programme
- All general Icehouse terms & conditions outlined above apply.
- Cancellation Policy: Payment is the only confirmation of your place on an Icehouse programme. If you need to cancel or transfer participation, you must submit your request in writing more than 28 days prior to the start of the programme to receive a full refund. Due to programme demand and the volume of pre-programme preparation, cancellations received 14-28 days prior to the start of the programme will be subject to loss of your deposit. Requests received less than 14 days prior to the start of the programme are subject to full payment of the programme fee.
- There are no refunds once a programme has started, and the participant is liable for full payment of programme fee.
- Transfer Policy: All requests must be submitted in writing. One programme transfer permitted before forfeit of deposit.
- Transfer requests received up to 28 days prior to start date = no fee
- Transfer requests received 14-27 days prior to start date are subject an administration fee of $500 + GST.
- Additional (ie more than one) transfers are at discretion of The Icehouse and would incur an additional administration fee.
- There are no transfers provided within 14 days of programme start.
Business Coaching and Advisory
- All general Icehouse terms & conditions outlined above apply.
- Services cannot commence until the deposit has been received in full.
- Changes to agreed session times must be arranged a week prior or will be chargeable.
- An agreement may be discontinued by The Icehouse or the client by giving 30 days’ notice in writing to the other party, in which case the agreement will terminate on expiry of that date. The client must pay for all the hours they have used, as recorded by the coach, up until the termination date.
- If the activity does not commence within 3 months of provisional start date, The Icehouse reserves the right to void the agreement and retain the deposit payment.
- If the activity under the agreement is not completed within 12 months of the date of client signature, The Icehouse reserves the right to increase the fees for delivery of the remaining activity.
- Whilst The Icehouse (& the Coach/Facilitator) will take care to provide the services in a proper and efficient manner, it shall have no liability to the Client for anything other than a breach by The Icehouse (& the Coach/Facilitator) of an express provision of this agreement. The Icehouse (& the Coach/Facilitator) shall not be liable for any loss of profits or any consequential, indirect or special loss, and in no event shall the liability of The Icehouse (& the Coach/Facilitator) to the Client in aggregate exceed the amount of the Base Fee received by The Icehouse from the Client pursuant to this agreement.
Coworking Membership
- All general Icehouse terms & conditions outlined above apply.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your coworking membership, you must submit your request in writing to The Icehouse. Unless there is a fixed term contract in place the required notice period as detailed below.
- For Fixed Desk, Monthly Hot Desk and Monthly Membership plans notice period is 30 days.
- For clients renting 4 (or more) fixed desks per month, notice period is 60 days.
- For Private Studios, clients on a 6-month minimum or 12-month minimum contract, notice period as per individual tenancy agreement.
Campaign Terms & Conditions
Co-Working Offer - January to April 2025
- Offer is only valid for Fixed Desks booked on a 12-month contract
- The offer must be accepted by end of January 2025
- The 12-month contract starts from 1 April 2025
- The offer can be applied to multiple desks
- This offer is only available ton ew tenants of Icehouse
Privacy Statement
The information you provide us is used to assist The Icehouse in processing your enrolment and delivering you content. It will be treated with strict confidence, will only be used by The Icehouse, and will not be sold or given to any other organisation for commercial or any other use.
On programmes your contact information will be shared with participants and facilitators in your group, if you are not comfortable with this, please let us know.
All business information shared as part of attending the programme will be kept strictly confidential and all parties to the information will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
We keep your information safe by storing it in secure locations and only allowing authorised users access.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
