Rachel is a seasoned Executive leader, facilitator and coach who is passionate about the growth and development of people.  She has held a number of senior sales & marketing leadership roles in NZ and  has successfully built high performing teams across different industries and different markets.

Rachel is passionate about helping individuals and businesses grow and transform in a simple and practical way, she brings a strong customer focus, change leadership skills and commercial acumen gained from managing several business units in her career to date.

With much of her experience coming from primary industries such as Dairy and Horticulture, Rachel has developed a passion for taking the goodness of Aotearoa to the world.  She is now focused on uncovering the goodness of our SME network within the people, products and services and working with them to grow that goodness and value within their current and future potential markets.
