Programme overview
Business owners are facing increased complexity, competition and margin pressures and need the systems, knowledge and experience to navigate towards their vision, and the wisdom to explore an alternative pathway when required.
Good governance is critical for organisations in setting the vision, goals & ethical frame for both behaviours & decision-making. It provides a wider frame of objectivity, wisdom and experience to complement the management team and increase the likelihood of making better decisions and delivering sustainable results.
This is key to building organisational resilience and creating an environment where management are safe, supported, challenged and can thrive!
A key challenge for many businesses is striking the balance between enough support and structure to achieve this without creating bureaucratic nonsense.
Focus Areas & Outcomes
- Explore the options available and help you determine what governance structure is right for you and your business.
- Look at director obligations and while some are obvious, much is not.
- Explore the added complexity of multiple shareholders and continuity.
- Check-in on your vision, goals and strategy.
- Explore your key business drivers for success, dashboard reporting to monitor it and alignment with senior manager KPIs.

- Consider business risks and ways to manage, mitigate and exploit these.
- Build organisational resilience through empowering management and delegation of authority.
