Effective Leadership Programme

• An actionable plan that will focus on business strategy

The programme consists of six half-day workshops, occurring fortnightly.

At the start and end of the 12-week programme, the owner-manager and programme participant meet with an Icehouse coach

The session format includes small and large group work, one-on-one discussions, a business simulation and guest speakers while working around themes of self-awareness, personal effectiveness, leadership & business understanding.

You'll have two programme directors alongside you for the duration of the programme.

Each block features an Owner Manager guest speaker. This creates an opportunity to share in another Owner Manager’s business experience and gain insights and learnings to apply to your business.

You'll be joined by up to 15 other managers at a similar stage in their journey as you. We'll make sure there are no conflicts in the room, meaning everyone can speak freely.

This also ensures the room is full of people from different industries, as often the ideas that create the greatest positive change come from places you wouldn't normally look.
