Being able to analyse, control, and then make the right decisions based on your financial information is critical for business success. Financial literacy can enable smarter and more effective long-term financial planning. It can also help to locate hidden opportunities you didn’t know existed.
Designed for owners, senior managers and any team member who makes decisions affecting the financial performance of the business, by the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to draw critical insights from your financial statements to develop and implement better budgeting and cash flow management systems.
Outcomes
This 2-day workshop will give you a detailed understanding of financial reporting to develop better budgeting and cash flow management. You will be able to read, forecast and manage the numbers behind the business and develop an action plan to improve financial stability.
- Learn how to read and understand your accounting reports

- Develop a business model and strategies for creating positive cash flow
- Analyse operational performance to discover where working capital and cash is being consumed at high rates

The workshop is two full days delivered consecutively.
It's an in-person group session where participation is strongly encouraged.
